What you get when you purchase “Star Draws” are 6 different colour crayons with the end of each crayon that is opposite the writing tip a carving of the different characters of the Star Wars movie.
For example, at the opposite end of the tip of the green crayon is a carving of the head of Yoda, black has Darth Vader, yellow is C-3PO, white is Stormtrooper, red is Darth Maul, and brown is Chewbacca. You can see that each of the Star Wars characters is matched as closely as possible to the colour of the character itself.
The idea of a sculptured head on a crayon first belonged to Jamie Williams. This was further developed by Matthew Wright.
You receive the 6 differently sculptured colour crayons inside a colouring crayon box. The details of each sculptured head is quite amazing. The writing tip of each crayon is attached to the main crayon by magnet. You can palm off this small tip when you hand the chosen crayon to the spectator.
You also receive a link to a 45 minutes Star Draws video tutorial. The link also gives you a mobile phone force developed by Matthew Wright called “EZ-4s”. This force only works with iphones only. It is not an app. It is a mobile phone force meant for non tech users. You are actually getting 2 products for the price of one.
Let us discuss the Star Draws effect. The video features routines by both Jamie Williams as well as Matthew Wright. In Jamie’s routine, he has a spectator choose a movie from a stack of business cards each has a different movie title written on the back. Meanwhile, Jamie takes out a crayon and writes an impression on a note pad. He asks the spectator to hold the crayon in her hand. The image Jamie draws is a stickman. The spectator is not impressed because a stickman can represent any character in any movie. The spectator reveals that she has chosen Star Wars. When she opens her hand, she finds the head of a popular Star Wars character carved out on one end of the crayon.
In Matthew’s routine, he has a spectator freely chooses one colour crayon. The crayon is held in the closed hand of the spectator. Then the same spectator chooses a random movie from a list of motives in the internet on Matthew’s phone. The chosen movie is Star Wars. The spectator concentrates on a character on the Star Wars movie that has the same colour as the chosen crayon. When he opens his hand, he sees a Star Wars character carved out on one end of the crayon.
Matthew provides another version of this routine. Upon learning that the spectator has chosen an imaginery character in a movie, he draws a movie character which turns out to be wrong. He then has the spectator opens her hand to find the correct character carved out on the chosen crayon.
Matthew provides a sort of a cheat sheet on the box of the crayon for performers who have and want to use the AnyWeb 2 app on the mobile. If you do not have this app, Matthew provides you with full details of his EZ-4s mobile force.
In a 44 minutes explanation video, Matthew gives a run through of his EZ-4s mobile force. He also explains 4 effects to use with this force. There is a clever book test, a randomly searched item in Amazon, and a randomly searched song that was predicted in advance, and of course the Star Draws trick. He provides you a special image to be used with his book test, and all the necessary 6 Star Wars character pictures to be used with his Star Draws trick.
To discover the head of a movie character intricately carved out on a crayon is beyond the expectation of anyone. So you can imagine the tremendous reaction of the audience when the person holding the chosen crayon opens his or her hand.
The EZ-4s force is a powerful for for you to use on your mobile. You can literally force anything for use in your magic performance. (Rated 5/5 stars)
