I.B.M. Ring 115 was delighted to support the Salvation Army charity-run event, “Race for Good 2024.”  With more participants than ever before, we were optimistic that our magicians made a significant impact.

This year, 20 magicians from our ring participated in this landmark event held on 14 September 2024.These comprised seven magicians from Project Phoenix Magic Club and seven from Republic Polytechnic Magic Club, with the youngest magician at 17 years old.

“Race for Good” was held outdoors at East Coast Park, adjacent to the seaside.  Despite a downpour in the morning, all magicians showed up, demonstrating excellent team spirit and commitment.

The run was delayed due to the rain, however, our magicians eagerly performed and entertained the restless runners while they waited anxiously to start.

From 8 am to almost 11 am, our magicians captivated the crowd with close-up magic.

The audience was amazed and thoroughly enjoyed the performances, which brought joy and added a carnival spirit to the event.

“KK The Magician” entertained runners with a 20-minute stage show before the prize presentation.

Overall, this event provided a platform for youth magicians from two different magic clubs to interact and learn from each other.

I.B.M. Ring 115 was thrilled to meet and see so many active young and upcoming magicians in our community.

We are deeply grateful to all the magicians who generously volunteered their time and energy to bring wonder and joy to the participants.  Their contributions certainly added value on many levels.
