“Pocket-Mon” involves 5 Pokemon cards. There is one Pokeball card and 4 other Pokemon character cards.
The size of the cards are slightly larger than poker-sized playing cards. They measure 4.5 inches X 3.25 inches, but can fit into the shirt pocket.
In effect, the performer shows 4 different colour Pokeball cards: a red, a green, a blue, and a yellow Pokeball card. Each time a card is shown, it is placed face downwards on the table.
There is a fifth Pokeball card. This card is also placed face down but to one side of the table.
The performer makes a gesture of gathering all the 4 Pokeballs and put them onto the fifth Pokeball card. When this card is turned over, it shows the 4 different colour Pokeballs have come together with the Pokeball of the fifth card. What happens to the original 4 Pokeball cards?
When each of the 4 cards is turned over, it shows that the Pokemon inside each Pokeball has been released. There is a red, a green, a blue, and a yellow Pokemon character!
You receive all the necessary cards, plus a link to a 4 minutes video tutorial. The cards are well produced on plasticised material and they are large and colourful.
There is only one card move involved, and it is the glide. This effect is suitable for both children and adults. The trick involves turning each Pokeball into its coresponding Pokemon character as well as magically gathering the 4 Pokeballs into one card. The effect is visual, fast and colourful.
