Peter Duffie’s “Ghost Flight” is an interesting variation of the ace assembly trick.
The performer shows 4 blank-both-sides cards, a postcard with a question mark, and the 4 blue back Queens. These are given out to a spectator to examine.
The spectator is asked to place her hand on top of the postcard to ensure nothing gets underneath it.
The performer sandwiches each of the 4 Queens between the 2 blank cards.
One at a time, he causes each Queen to turn into a blank card, so that on the table, there are 12 blank cards. Where did the 4 Queen go?
The spectator lifts her hand and discovers that underneath the postcard are the 4 Queens! Despite her guarding the postcard, the 4 Queens magically gather underneath the postcard. These 4 Queens can be examined by the spectator.
You receive the set of special cards in bicycle back, and a nicely printed 8-page booklet explaining the effect. You are also given a link to a video performance as well as a video explanation by Liam Montier.
The effect is visually impactful but extememly easy to do. It is not self-working, but the moves with the cards needed to accomplish the effect is quite simple to execute. The video explanation is only 4 minutes.
Liam says this was the trick he used to perform all the time. You will say that too when you purchase this effect. (Rated 5/5 stars)
