3’S A CROWD

The performer takes out the four 3’s from a deck of cards.  There is a famous saying which goes like this: “two’s a company, three’s a crowd”.  He leaves the 3 of diamonds, because the other three 3’s is already a crowd!

He mixes the three 3’s with the top 3 indifferent cards of the deck as follows: top indifferent card from the deck face down, first 3 face down on top of this card, second indifferent card from the deck face down on top of these 2 cards, the second 3 face down on top of the packet, the third indifferent card from the deck face down on top of the packet, and the last 3 face down on top of it all.

The entire packet of 6 cards is replaced face down on top of the deck.  A magical gesture is made on the deck.  When the top 3 cards are turned face up, there are the three 3’s.

The entire procedure is repeated: the three 3’s are mixed in between 3 indifference cards.  Once again, the three 3’s separate themselves.  The three 3’s cards can be examine.

You receive 2 special cards: one for use with a red bicycle back and one for blue bicycle back.  The instructions are in a printed sheet of paper.  The instructions may not be easy to read.  Look at the trailer for the performance of this trick and you will get a good idea on how to perform it.

This is an “oil and water” effect which is convincing and very easy to perform.  (Rated 5/5 stars)
